The Lane United FC Men’s Team faces PDX FC on Wednesday evening in what should be a great match between two teams in need of points. 

After securing their first win over Capital FC (3-0), Head Coach Jürgen Ruckaberle, forwards Lilly Nowatzke (Player of the Match) and Briana Kubli (one goal), and midfielder Jessie Hawes attended the media.

The Lane United FC Women’s Team wrapped up their first-ever USL W League home campaign at Civic Park with a resounding 3-0 victory over Capital FC Atletica.  

After earning their first win in history last week against PDX FC, the Lane United FC women now find themselves with a great opportunity to ride this momentum into their final home match of the season against Capital FC Atletica, a team against which the lady Reds earned their first point of the year. 

The Lane United Men’s team lost 4-2 on Friday night as they attempted to ruin Ballard FC’s perfect season. Hear from Head Coach John Galas, Midfielder Wade Muttitt, who scored both of Lane’s goals, and Forward Derek Jones Jr.   

Following a comeback to secure a tie against Oly Town in the final moments of added time last Sunday, Lane United FC dropped their 3rd game of the season, 4-2, to undefeated Ballard FC from Seattle.

The LUFC Men’s Team plays at home this Friday evening at Civic Park, welcoming league-leading Ballard FC in a battle of star-studded teams. 

The Lane United FC Women’s team earned their first win in franchise history, defeating PDX FC 1-0 in what was a thrilling defensive battle. Hear from Head Coach Jürgen Ruckaberle, Defender Suzu Narusawa, Midfielder Neve Duston, and newest addition Sophie Cleland.

The LUFC women’s team hosted PDX FC in their second battle of the season Wednesday night and took care of business at home for the first win in their inaugural season. 

As the Lane United Women search for their first win of the year, perhaps no better opportunity presented itself than on May 24th against PDX FC.
